The common bond of service.

ARRF-P is a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It was formed in 1983 to provide quality retirement residences in the Potomac area for retired military officers and spouses, offering them the opportunity to live in comfort and security, connected by the strong ties and friendship that bond military retirees together.

Visit the ARRF-P website.

Serving those who’ve served.

Membership in ARRF-P is available to officers (or comparable grade) or warrant officers (and surviving un-remarried spouses) eligible to receive retired pay from any component (Regular, Reserve or National Guard) of the US Armed Forces, and members of the Foreign Service, CIA, FBI, NOAA, and USPHS.

If you’re already a member of ARRF-P, you can join the Wait List and complete your Residency Application.
